As a Senior UI/UX Designer at 5ivecanons, I designed the whole user-friendly interface for OCDBees, a project management SaaS tool for creative agencies. The goal was to create an intuitive platform where users could efficiently manage tasks, with color psychology integrated to highlight task priorities. The result is a simple yet effective tool that enhances productivity and streamlines workflows.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, I crafted a robust Task Flow for OCDBees to streamline task management with clarity and usability. Users can easily identify tasks by priority, status, and due date, enhanced with color-coded visuals for quick recognition.
The task creation process includes adding task names, assigning team members, selecting companies and projects, setting priorities and due dates, using a WYSIWYG editor for summaries, and creating custom checklists. Additionally, users can manage files, link resources, and track detailed task logs for full transparency. This intuitive design simplifies complex workflows while ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience.
I developed a design system for OCDBees, consisting of over 60 custom UI components with multiple interactive states. These components, including calendars, dropdowns, inputs, selectors, switches, user profiles, and more… were meticulously designed to ensure maximum usability and efficiency.
By focusing on a component-based approach, the design enabled seamless scalability for development and ensured users could easily perform any action across the platform.
In addition to the UI/UX design for the OCDBees platform, I also conceptualized and designed the marketing website. The marketing page was crafted to effectively communicate OCDBees’ unique value proposition, highlight its key features, and drive user engagement. With a clean layout, compelling visuals, and intuitive navigation, the site guides potential users through the tool’s benefits and encourages sign-ups with clear CTAs.
