UI/UX Design and Style Guides
To align TiVo’s branding across all platforms, I supported the 5ivecanons team in designing the wireframes, and I designed the UI style guides that defined typography, color schemes, and interactive components. These visual elements were created to enhance user engagement while ensuring consistency across the platform. The result is a cohesive design system that resonates with TiVo’s brand guidelines.
Custom WordPress Theme Development
I designed and implemented custom WordPress templates using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), tailored specifically for TiVo’s unique requirements.
This included developing dynamic hero sections, mobile-friendly sliders, and an interactive hotspots feature integrated into the homepage ad unit. The hotspots allow users to engage with dynamic content elements, including tooltips and overlay components, with the added capability of supporting video backgrounds for a visually immersive experience. The modular design ensures easy updates, efficient scalability, and a seamless user experience.
